Ready to take your leadership skills to the next level?
Ohio ACEP’s Leadership Development Academy (LDA) is a year-long program designed to develop tomorrow’s EM leaders. The program offers participants instructional sessions and guided real-world experience in the arenas of political advocacy, public education and leadership.

Why apply?
Along with gaining valuable leadership and communication skills, LDA members will participate in unforgettable experiences including ACEP Council at ACEP26 in Chicago and ACEP’s 2027 Leadership & Advocacy Conference in Washington, DC.

What will I take away from the LDA?
